TERMINATION OF A PROGRAMME

The Dean will decide on the termination of a Programme:

  1. if a student did not matriculate, nor collected a student's record book, and failed to apologise within 5 days (Sec. 27, par. 1, letter l) of the Programme and Assessment Regulations of the USB;

  2. on the recommendation of the Head of the Department guaranteeing the subject specialism if a student did not attend compulsory instruction (lessons and seminars) within the limit determined by the subject teachers (Sec. 7, par. 1 of the Programme and Assessment Regulations of the USB, i.e. in a situation which indicates the impossibility of gaining the minimum number of required credits.

This provision invalidates Dean's Ordinance No. 4/2005
